We provide comprehensive wedding design services to clients seeking a dedicated designer to bring their vision to life and handle all floral-related logistics on their wedding day.
Full-service weddings, as we define them, involve the conceptualization, production, and styling of personal flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.), ceremony decor, and reception decor. These events are customized to reflect the couple’s unique preferences, personalities, chosen venue, and any other specific considerations.
Unlike many other florists, we have no set minimums. Our Designers will assist you in choosing color schemes, seasonal floral varieties, and special decor embellishments, and offer guidance on optimizing your budget for a truly personalized experience!
Creative Proposal Process
Your Designer will craft a customized proposal tailored to your preferences, drawing inspiration from your ideas and images. We’ll carefully select floral arrangements, decor pieces, and other elements from our inventory to match your vision while staying within your budget. Throughout our collaborative meetings, we’ll ensure your comfort and satisfaction, welcoming your input every step of the way. The comprehensive proposal will provide detailed descriptions of each item, transparent pricing, and essential “day of the wedding” details such as delivery, setup, takedown, and taxes. This approach guarantees a thorough and clear plan, perfectly aligned with your needs and preferences. You will then receive via email a very detailed
image-supported line item proposal with investment page staffing and setup details. Should you decide to book with us, a 20% deposit will hold the date and be deducted from your balance.
Your Event Designer
Your Event Designer will be with you throughout the process. In addition to being your point of contact throughout the planning process, they will also be your florist ensuring your vision is perfectly met and beautifully executed on your wedding day. You will meet with a designated designer where ideas are curated, elements such as floral vessels, candle holders, fresh blooms, and other pieces from our robust inventory are gathered to set a starting point, and budget ranges are figured out based on your wedding specifics.
Sample Tasting Design Consultation
3-6 weeks before your wedding, we offer sample designs of table floral sets either at our shop or during your tasting appointment, giving you a preview of your centerpiece as your guests will see it. We’ll then have a final design consultation to ensure every detail is perfect. Our team is experienced at various prestigious wedding venues in Chicago and the Suburbs, including hotels, museums, city venues, and unique locations. From setup to on-site styling, we handle everything seamlessly. Any floral or decor rentals provided will be effortlessly integrated and conveniently picked up after the event, with a certification of completion for your peace of mind. Nothing is set in stone; we account for every detail before the date so you’ll see your final table documentation and the balances are finalized.
Day-Of Event
Every detail is taken into account before the event with set-up, candles lit, arrangements places, and more — we pay attention to every detail. The Designer will coordinate with you, your wedding planner, your venue, and other necessary point persons to ensure the timeline for delivery, set up, and rental pick up is taken care of so you can enjoy your event!
